This series teaches the Wudang 28 movement tai chi form. Every lesson is taught like a full face-to-face a tai chi class, containing a warm-up, standing meditation, and movements from the 28 movement form. The final video in the series shows Xuan Yun performing the form in real time, so you can press play and follow along. Whether you are practicing tai chi for its health benefits or as a kind of moving meditation, tai chi will develop your balance and rooting, increase your vitality and longevity, and can help you to prevent and heal injuries and illness.
