The essentials of the movements are: hold the empty spirit against the neck, hold the chest and move the back, sink the shoulders and lower the elbows, and press the tongue against the roof of the mouth. During the practice, it is required that the form and the mind are in harmony, the mind is in harmony with the Qi, and the Qi is in harmony with the spirit. In the six and six directions, the spirit and form are wonderful, and the movements are continuous and continuous, like flowing clouds, loose and natural; the movements and stillness are like needles hidden in the cotton, strong and firm. There is softness in the middle, hardness in the softness, hardness and softness are contained in each other, but not exposed; in breathing, it opens and closes freely, rises and falls naturally, is deep, thin, long and even, and the breath returns to the root.
